How it all started...

Just a girl with a big heart that loved to help .

I didn't know I wanted to be in HR at 1st. Honestly, I didn't even know what HR was when I first went to college. After several changes to my major, I ended up in the business school where I took one of their mandatory classes where I had to learn about HR. I'm so glad I did because I fell in love. I knew that's where I was meant to be.

Fast forward 17 years, I now have experience navigating the ins and outs of HR for Fortune 500's, startups, and everything in between. I've seen it all Armed with an SPHR certification, a Master's degree, several certifications and an award for onboarding, I've soaked up a wealth of knowledge on best practices and cultivated a keen business acumen along the way.
